A Visit To Our CEO's Home: Learning About the Casamona Story

Image
Hi! My name is Annemarie and I recently started as a Marketing Intern in Casamona! In this blog, I will tell you about my experience visiting our CEO's home to learn about the Casamona story from the founder herself. It is a tradition that all new interns learn about the Casamona story through a presentation given by Tine, our CEO. As a new intern myself, I experienced this in the 4th week of my internship. It was a very interesting and fun experience, which helped me grow a stronger bond with the other new interns and the rest of the Casamona family. So, one morning all the new interns and I, made our way to Tine's apartment, where she welcomed us with a cup of tea and an amazing view, which we all happily enjoyed! The reason for doing the presentation here was because her apartment is the perfect representation of the apartments Casamona looks to offer our clients, Scandinavian style and cozy spaces. So now, we have the perfect example to take as a guide when we are on our se

Marketing Interns Dive into Interior Design at Casamona International

Hi there! We are Tanne and Juliana, and we are currently doing a marketing internship at Casamona in Barcelona! When working in marketing, you work a lot with how things look and feel. In the real estate sector, this couldn't be more the case. A property must look presentable before we take pictures and post them on our socials and website. This can sometimes be a difficult task because maybe the furniture or styling of the property are outdated or non-existent. In these cases, we have to get creative and use upstaging techniques to make the space more appealing. It's all about showcasing the potential of the property to attract potential buyers or renters. Now at Casamona, we are starting more renovation projects; outdated properties are being renovated and upstaged to be sold or rented out. This means that Casamona employees are a part of the interior design of the apartment. We help with the project to make sure it becomes a beautiful property ready for the next tenants. By

Hi! We are Sara and Yang, two interns at Casamona Real Estate in Barcelona! We would like to share some of the great experiences that we have had recently at our internship. Casamona is a real estate agency that sells and buys apartments for clients from all over the world. This week we received an exciting e-mail in our inbox from a very famous and prestigious hotel here in Barcelona. the Hotel Arts. This hotel is a part of the high-profile Ritz-Carlton hotel chain and it's also the tallest building in Spain, possibly even the tallest in Western Europe! Casamona got invited to see some of the penthouses and rooms in the hotel for maybe a future collaboration which was super exciting! On the day of the visit, the manager of the Hotel received us with a warm welcome. He wanted us to dive into this experience to get a feel and understanding of what the hotel is all about. We started the tour in the buffet area where he invited us to have breakfast before continuing the tour and headi

YANG Hola!, my name is Yang, I’ve been living in Barcelona for the past four years and came here to study Marketing. I settled down in Barcelona before the quarantine was introduced and made us stay at home for months, therefore I had little chance to go out and explore the city.   First, I started at ESCI-UPF, studying Marketing and International Business. But, considering that I just moved out by myself and had such a boost of freedom, I spent most of my time playing a lot of video games.   The act of getting involved with video games during my first year of university made me unable to keep up with my studies. Which, in some way, forced me to change universities and pursue a new opportunity elsewhere.   Now I´m studying Marketing at a private school at the University of Girona. Also, I am learning from the mistakes I made during my first year in Barcelona. After that, I decided to change my attitude and focus on making my studies a priority.   Although it’s a common fear that you

A Day in Life of a Marketing Intern Working in HR Hello there! My name is Mariia. In this blog post, I will describe one day from the life of a marketing and human resources intern working in Barcelona at Casamona International. At Casamona, I've learned a lot just in three months . Now, I know how to promote apartments: from taking pictures to updating the website. I've also hired many new interns who are coming in the next few months already. It's been an exciting journey, and I'm happy to share my experience with you! 9AM: Workday starts We usually come to the office at 9 am, but our schedule is flexible : some days we can start at 8 or 10, for instance, and then leave earlier or later. While the Junior Office Manager is organizing the office and making coffee for us, our Marketing Department is starting with overviewing the goals for the day and the next 10 days. The atmosphere at the office is friendly: everyone is doing their daily tasks, but we're still j

Why should you become an intern at  Casamona  International?   After 3 months we had to say goodbye to Kim. She did her internship in the Marketing department at Casamona International and to celebrate one last time, Tine invited us to her apartment and ordered Sushi for us. Afterward, we sadly had to say Goodbye to Kim, but Mara, another Marketing intern, asked her a few questions before she left. Mara:   Kim, you’ve been an intern at  Casamona  for  the last  3 months, tell us about your experience .     Kim:  I was  the  M arketing Coordinator from the beginning of August to October and I can tell you it’s been incredible   three months. In this relatively short time, I was able to learn so much and grow as a person.  In the   marketing department, we have lots of different tasks from photo visits to making designs for the   website or social media. I was able to try everything and find out what I’m  passionate  about in   marketing.  I also got the opportunity to be the marketing c
