Casamona Internship: An Opportunity for Expanding Your Network!

Image
Hello! I am Annemarie, I have been an intern at Casamona for 4 months and want to share a recent thing I learned while here. An internship at Casamona is not only about gaining professional experience but also about making meaningful connections and networking!  During my time here, interns come and go, and it is amazing how close you get to people when you work with them every day. At Casamona we treat each other like family, which I believe is also part of the company’s success. Working together to learn from each other, continuously bring in deals, and keep succeeding creates a strong bond that we all cherish. As interns, these good connections we create will follow us for all our professional lives, and it is even better the fact that we are all from different countries! Recently, this point was also made by Tanne, our previous marketing and HR coordinator. In her LinkedIn, she shared the following message with her network:  “ Today is the last day of my internship...

A Visit To Our CEO's Home: Learning About the Casamona Story

Image
Hi! My name is Annemarie and I recently started as a Marketing Intern in Casamona! In this blog, I will tell you about my experience visiting our CEO's home to learn about the Casamona story from the founder herself. It is a tradition that all new interns learn about the Casamona story through a presentation given by Tine, our CEO. As a new intern myself, I experienced this in the 4th week of my internship. It was a very interesting and fun experience, which helped me grow a stronger bond with the other new interns and the rest of the Casamona family. So, one morning all the new interns and I, made our way to Tine's apartment, where she welcomed us with a cup of tea and an amazing view, which we all happily enjoyed! The reason for doing the presentation here was because her apartment is the perfect representation of the apartments Casamona looks to offer our clients, Scandinavian style and cozy spaces. So now, we have the perfect example to take as a guide when we are on our se...

Danish university students visited us at Casamona!

Image
Danish university students visited us at Casamona! Last week we had the opportunity to teach a class of Danish finance students about Casamona and the real estate market as an international company in Spain. Tine told them everything they were interested in regarding the industry and the process of opening a company in Spain. They were very curious to hear about all the differences in the real estate market in Spain and Denmark. One of our interns, Yago, explained the sales process to the students. Kim told them about the new marketing strategy at Casamona. Right now the marketing team posts a lot of apartments on all the different Social Media channels like Instagram and YouTube to get direct clients from there.  Tine answered all their questions, so the Kahoot in the end of the presentation was no problem for the students! The winner got a Cavamona to enjoy during their trip in Spain. We saw that they learned a lot and we were really happy to give them in insight in our wor...

Team meeting: Marketing class

Image
Today, 22nd of February, Tine, our CEO was teaching a new group of Marketing interns some advanced information. Take a look at the photos. Being an intern at Casamona means being trained in the basics of every department and then developing the skills in your desired field. Every department is having regular meetings and classes every week so there is the aim defined towards which every team member is supposed to be working. This way the whole team of Casamona can be moving forward - we are able to see the whole picture of the market, are able to hop on trend in its early stages and are able to keep the face of being a modern real estate company that Casamona at the moment is. Tine has been working in the marketing field her whole life, is also teaching marketing at university and loves sharing her experience with every team member. What is the most interesting thing in Marketing that you would like to share your knowledge of with us?
