This holiday season, the Casamona team came together to celebrate Christmas in a way that reflected our diverse, international backgrounds. It was simple yet meaningful gathering that brought us closer as a team.  Each team member contributed a traditional dish from their home country, creating a varied spread of Colombian, Venezuelan, Brazilian, English, Dutch, Bulgarian, Danish, Spanish, and French flavors. It was a great way to share a bit of our cultures while enjoying some delicious food.  Gathered around the table, we shared stories, laughed, and enjoyed each other’s company. The atmosphere was warm and festive, with some wine adding to the cheer. It was a chance to take a break from work and connect on a more personal level.  After the meal, we exchanged gifts through Secret Santa, which brought a lot of smiles and some surprises.   Hello! I am Annemarie, I have been an intern at Casamona for 4 months and want to share a recent thing I learned while here. An internship at Casamona is not only about gaining professional experience but also about making meaningful connections and networking!  During my time here, interns come and go, and it is amazing how close you get to people when you work with them every day. At Casamona we treat each other like family, which I believe is also part of the company’s success. Hi there! We are Tanne and Juliana, and we are currently doing a marketing internship at Casamona in Barcelona! When working in marketing, you work a lot with how things look and feel. In the real estate sector, this couldn't be more the case. A property must look presentable before we take pictures and post them on our socials and website. This can sometimes be a difficult task because maybe the furniture or styling of the property are outdated or non-existent. In these cases, we have to get creative and use upstaging techniques to make the space more appealing. It's all about showcasing the potential of the property to attract potential buyers or renters. Now at Casamona, we are starting more renovation projects; outdated properties are being renovated and upstaged to be sold or rented out. Hi! We are Sara and Yang, two interns at Casamona Real Estate in Barcelona! We would like to share some of the great experiences that we have had recently at our internship. Casamona is a real estate agency that sells and buys apartments for clients from all over the world. This week we received an exciting e-mail in our inbox from a very famous and prestigious hotel here in Barcelona. the Hotel Arts. This hotel is a part of the high-profile Ritz-Carlton hotel chain and it's also the tallest building in Spain, possibly even the tallest in Western Europe! Casamona got invited to see some of the penthouses and rooms in the hotel for maybe a future collaboration which was super exciting!   YANG Hola!, my name is Yang, I’ve been living in Barcelona for the past four years and came here to study Marketing. I settled down in Barcelona before the quarantine was introduced and made us stay at home for months, therefore I had little chance to go out and explore the city.   First, I started at ESCI-UPF, studying Marketing and International Business.  Danish university students visited us at Casamona! Last week we had the opportunity to teach a class of Danish finance students about Casamona and the real estate market as an international company in Spain. Tine told them everything they were interested in regarding the industry and the process of opening a company in Spain. They were very curious to hear about all the differences in the real estate market in Spain and Denmark. One of our interns, Yago, explained the sales process to the students. Kim told them about the new marketing strategy at Casamona. This past Wednesday, on the 20th of September, our Marketing Department had a special meeting with Christopher Nash, a professional marketer from Denmark, working at the RelevantEdge company ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/chris-nash-dx/ ) . Christopher is helping companies grow sales and supercharge business performance by improving their marketing strategies and, overall, reaching the right audience. Our Marketing Strategy is getting to the next level... Christopher Nash gave us helpful feedback on our marketing strategy.
