A Day in Life of a Marketing Intern Working in HR Hello there! My name is Mariia. In this blog post, I will describe one day from the life of a marketing and human resources intern working in Barcelona at Casamona International. At Casamona, I've learned a lot just in three months . Now, I know how to promote apartments: from taking pictures to updating the website. I've also hired many new interns who are coming in the next few months already. It's been an exciting journey, and I'm happy to share my experience with you! 9AM: Workday starts We usually come to the office at 9 am, but our schedule is flexible : some days we can start at 8 or 10, for instance, and then leave earlier or later. While the Junior Office Manager is organizing the office and making coffee for us, our Marketing Department is starting with overviewing the goals for the day and the next 10 days. The atmosphere at the office is friendly: everyone is doing their daily tasks, but we're still j...

Why should you become an intern at  Casamona  International?   After 3 months we had to say goodbye to Kim. She did her internship in the Marketing department at Casamona International and to celebrate one last time, Tine invited us to her apartment and ordered Sushi for us. Afterward, we sadly had to say Goodbye to Kim, but Mara, another Marketing intern, asked her a few questions before she left. Mara:   Kim, you’ve been an intern at  Casamona  for  the last  3 months, tell us about your experience .     Kim:  I was  the  M arketing Coordinator from the beginning of August to October and I can tell you it’s been incredible   three months. In this relatively short time, I was able to learn so much and...

Danish university students visited us at Casamona!

Danish university students visited us at Casamona! Last week we had the opportunity to teach a class of Danish finance students about Casamona and the real estate market as an international company in Spain. Tine told them everything they were interested in regarding the industry and the process of opening a company in Spain. They were very curious to hear about all the differences in the real estate market in Spain and Denmark. One of our interns, Yago, explained the sales process to the students. Kim told them about the new marketing strategy at Casamona. Right now the marketing team posts a lot of apartments on all the different Social Media channels like Instagram and YouTube to get direct clients from there.  Tine answered all their questions, so the Kahoot in the end of the presentation was no problem for the students! The winner got a Cavamona to enjoy during their trip in Spain. We saw that they learned a lot and we were really happy to give them in insight in our wor...

A Marketing Workshop with Christopher

Marketing Department Hot News! This past Wednesday, on the 20th of September, our Marketing Department had a special meeting with Christopher Nash, a professional marketer from Denmark, working at the RelevantEdge company ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/chris-nash-dx/ ) . Christopher is helping companies grow sales and supercharge business performance by improving their marketing strategies and, overall, reaching the right audience. Our Marketing Strategy is getting to the next level... Christopher Nash gave us helpful feedback on our marketing strategy. He talked about the usage of social media and how to attract the right audience that will buy our product. We also got an idea of how Threads is getting popular and that we could also use it for our future audience engagement. The most important message we got from Christopher is to focus on making more content that would be useful for people who are interested in renting or buying an apartment. We're currently working on this, using...
